Description
The double-yellow line is needed urgently in this block of N. Sheppard Street between W. Grace and W. Broad. Vehicles are unknowingly parking illegally on the southbound side of Sheppard. This causes a dangerous traffic situation in which cars heading southbound on Sheppard must drive in the opposite lane to avoid the illegally parked cars and busses. I have attached a photo of a bus that parked overnight, blocking half of the sidewalk, half of the active traffic lane, and a GRTC bus stop.
