Description
The signal from Grove to turn left at Three Chopt is so short; only 5 cars can get through. Traffic is backing up significantly on Grove as a result of Cary Street Road closure. It took 35 minutes to get through that light yesterday. The signal for Three Chopt is disproportionately long. Thank you.

Due to the heavy traffic at Grove Ave caused by the closure of Cary St during the sewer construction project, traffic has been detoured thru Grove Ave. This is causing Grove Ave to be oversaturated, hence more green time has been granted to this corridor. The Transportation Engineering Division has been monitoring the traffic condition and making adjustments in the timing as needed. No further action is needed at this moment. Request willbe closed.
