Description

The traffic signal that the intersection of Sherwood Avenue and Hermitage is either not working or the cycle is set too long. I was at it for over 3 minutes waiting for it to change on Monday, Mar 6th at 6:50am, and Wednesday March 8th at 6:55am, and it never changed. I finally had to run it so I wouldn't be late to my appointment. Not safe. Please investigate.
