Description
Ms. Spell called regarding DPW000124337 and stated that she is unable to open her car door as the dirt that was poured in has not settled. Notes in the closing comments states the dirt will settle over time. However that was entered in January and citizen stated it has not settled at all and she continues to have issues opening the car door without hitting the pile of dirt and her door getting stuck. She is disable and do not want to deal with this ongoing.
