Description
all the time tractor trailers attempt to cross the Blvd Bridge S Bound only to cause huge traffic delays, jackknifed turning around. They're not seeing & reading the small dirty yellow signs. Install LARGER and brighter FLUORESCENT yellow warning signs, more of them, starting farther in advance not just going down the Southbound hill towards the bridge.

- Staff · October 12, 2023Staff recommended to Administration an Incident Management system with electronic signs on both approaches to the Blvd Bridge (Forest Hill Ave – Westover Hills Blvd – Arthur Ashe Boulevard). The plan is to alert users when the Blvd Bridge is closed for maintenance/construction/ inclement weather/crashes. This is a capital expense so it must be budgeted in the City Capital Improvement Plan.
