Description

These two large commercial style dumpsters have been on the sidewalk for months (years?). They are not being used by any business. There are numerous pending RVA311 requests for them. I submitted one for it earlier today under a Zoning category, but it was immediately closed and I was told to refer it to DPW for pickup.
