Description

Concrete sidewalk is broken up with exposed rocks and other debris for the whole block. Tripping hazards for pedestrians, and difficult for wheelchairs or scooters to navigate. Also, Richmond City sewer system metal plate is not level/secured on same stretch of sidewalk. One corner sinks when stepped on, creating another tripping hazard.
