Description

This street has been in disrepair for years. Someone has been out a couple of times and patched one or two spots but ignored the rest. You have to straddle the center of the road to avoid the worst spots. Wallowa Road was recently repaved and was not in near as bad shape as this portion of Hathaway Road.
