Description

I just witnessed an accident here. A car came to a screeching stop. There is a stop sign, but visibility looking down the hill to the bridge isnt good bc of the vines. Lots of people pull over onto riverside and either park right here because the no parking sign isnovergrown, which causes a ton of danger to the cars turning off of westover and whoever has stopped. The sign needs to be cleaned off of debris?
