Description

The garbage trucks leave a disgusting trail of trash in the alleys every week. This is a recurring issue not a single cleanup. Not sure what the solution is; update the trucks? have a cleaner follow the trucks? It’s every week not isolated so needs a recurring solution. Especially gross when it’s next to Scuffletown park where people are gathering with family and walking dogs. Thanks for your help!
