Description
Can bar was torn off one side of can when emptied by truck. Spoke with trash collector and he said it was very dangerous for the collectors, as the loose bar could injure them - he then showed me the scar on his forehead where he had been hit before. He took the can for disposal and told me to call/go online and request new can for replacement. He took can, so I have no picture. This occurred on Tuesday, 2/21 (day after regular trash pickup bc of President's Day holiday).
