Description

Citizen request an assessment of a tree that is leaning towards his shed. Citizen stated the City is responsible for the tree. Explained to the Citizen we do not maintain alley trees. Citizen said he was told the tree is the City's reponsibility. Citizen request that the Arborist contact him at 804-731-4976. Mr. Slaybaugh. Citizen lives at 5003 W Seminary
