Description
Resident fails to place receptacles in proper location after trash and recycling collect day. Permanently leaving the receptacles on the road verge allowing trash to fly into the street and sidewalk without a care of cleaning up or closing wind blown receptacle lids. In addition if the receptacles are full, resident place trash on the ground next to the receptacle allowing mice, rats, cat and other wild life to rummage through the trash. Clearly a violation of City Ordinance, No. 2007-230-275
