Description
Concrete pad extends into the alley by nearly 2'. Issue had been reported in October and no movement has occurred. House will soon be in the market and the issue needs to be resolved now. Have previously uovoted. Now submitting request.

- Staff · February 24, 2023We are aware of this issue as raised in a previous 311 service request; previously an inspector spoke with the owner advising of the need to remove the portion of the concrete pad encroaching on the public right-of-way; as no action has been taken by the owner to correct this issue, a formal Notice of Violation (NOV) will be issued; if there is continued inaction on the part of the owner, we will pursue further action in accordance with City Code.
