Description
Per previous request DPW000124195, it was determined that the right of way was enchroached by 1.5 to 2 feet by the flippers on 308 Overbrook road. It was also states that it would be rectified. That has not happened and now the property is close to goimg on the market. If this is not rectified, it places precident thay everyone on this ally can encroach by 2 feet in each direction. Effectively make the alley unpassable. Please have corrected

- Staff · February 24, 2023We are aware of this issue as raised in a previous 311 service request; previously an inspector spoke with the owner advising of the need to remove the portion of the concrete pad encroaching on the public right-of-way; as no action has been taken by the owner to correct this issue, a formal Notice of Violation (NOV) will be issued; if there is continued inaction on the part of the owner, we will pursue further action in accordance with City Code.
