Description
Concrete parking pad off alley behind 308 overbrook has been built approx 2' into public right of way. Issue was raised in October '22 and owners were said to have been notified -- however, encroachment remains present and unchanged.

- Staff · February 24, 2023We are aware of this issue as raised in a previous 311 service request; previously an inspector spoke with the owner advising of the need to remove the portion of the concrete pad encroaching on the public right-of-way; as no action has been taken by the owner to correct this issue, a formal Notice of Violation (NOV) will be issued; if there is continued inaction on the part of the owner, we will pursue further action in accordance with City Code.
