Description

There are lots of dead-looking branches and broken hanging branches in the tree. This has been happening for several years but is getting much worse. I am afraid that the tree might need to be removed but that would be in the interest of public and vehicle safety Please have someone check this out. It certainly needs a major cutback and clean-up.
