Description

The city negligently maintained a tree in the median such that it fell on the road. The city then cut the tree into pieces and deposited a lot of it onto my property. They also left the sidewalk blocked and added more brush to the blocked sidewalk. It is now a hazard to my neighbor’s driveway line of sight, to pedestrians, and to neighborhood children.
