Description
The sidewalk in front of 2900 Garland Avenue is missing and contains only stones in one section. We have elderly citizens that use this sidewalk to traverse to the nearby grocery store using a walker. It is extremely difficult for them to navigate the sidewalk with their walker over the stone section. Can this be repaired?

The repair will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns. 30ft. of sidewak needs to be addedgravel and sawcut the top step to put on gravel there is no sidewalk .
