Description
The traffic circle at the intersection of Carolina and Pollock had been barreled through so many times (at least 5 in the past week). Each hit the raised manhole cover. Originally, a tree and bushes were there, which have all been destroyed by cars going through that circle, the yield sign has been knocked down and taken. I’m requesting an assessment for a change to either put in speed humps on all four sides of the connecting roads before the intersection and/or this be changed to a 4 way stop.
