Description
The alley called Lombardy Place runs parallel to monument and needs asphalt repair on the east end near Lombardy and cobble stone repair on the west end near Allen. The entrance off Lombardy (Stuart Cir) is used by a wide variety of users from residential parking in the parking lot, commercial, church functions for several neighborhood churches and is public parking. The alley needs asphalt to fill potholes and smooth out the alley.
