Description

We are requesting a new speed limit on E. Cary St. from 12th St. to 18th St. to reduce the speed limit to 20 miles per hour.

    There are no plans to reduce the speed on Cary St. The statutory speed limit is the legal speed limit unless otherwise posted on the highway. In business and residential areas, the statutory speed limit is 25 mph.
