Description

This tree that sets in front of 3208 Decatur Street has been dropping limbs for past several years just barely missing our vehicles parked at curbside. I've had to remove several limbs from my front yard in the past several months. I've also requested that the limbs that extend into my property and over my roof be removed on many occasions in past several years but the city has only trimmed around the wires in the tree. It would be very unfortunate for these rotted limbs to cave my roof in.
