Description

Citizen request an assessment on a City tree in front of his home. Previous assessment done and was closed stating tree was in good condition. Citizen does not agree. Sidewalk work was complete but Citizen stating roots are taking over his yard and the limbs are coming onto his property. Citizen request an assessment before the leaves come back on tree. The tree is also next to a water meter the Citizen is concerned about.
