Description
New pedestrian crosswalk light on Broad St between I95 and the railroad tracks is a great addition for the safety of those parking/living in Church Hill! Unfortunately, the lights blink for too long after pedestrians have crossed, and drivers are "running" the lights because they don't want to wait. Can the length of the light be shorted? Thanks!
