    Owner has not removed the large amount of tree debris. Contractor requested for abatement 2/22

    Reinspection 4/11/23 framatic improvement. Most of debris is gone. It has taken an unreasonable time, but obvious effort to abate on someone's part - owner or contractor. This is worth another 2 weeks.
