Description
This is at the intersection of East Locke Lane and Kerry Street Road in front of First Presbyterian Church. Many people cross at this location to get over to Grove to ride bikes and to walk on Grove Avenue since Cary Street is so dangerous there is much activity at First Presbyterian, weddings, funerals, and a preschool. It is very difficult to cross Cary St because there is no signage showing that it is a crosswalk, we need signage and paint
