Description

Vehicles speed on Franklin between 25th and 29th streets making it very dangerous for pedestrians to cross Franklin safely around 26th and 27th streets. Please add stop signs to slow traffic making it safer for pedestrians to cross Franklin at N 26th and N 27th streets. Thank you for assistance.

    The Department of Public Works (DPW) must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The below intersections do not currently meet the traffic volume requirements. • Franklin and N 26th St • Franklin and N 27th St
