Description

There is a couch, a mattress, and multiple pieces of litter in this field that faces my apartments windows. A homeless person has been seen on the couch and was looking into peoples windows. This was reported previously but closed due to the trash not being found. The location is the empty lot on the right side of fourth street. 400 block of 4th st in between Stockton St and Everett St
