Please see https://www.rva311.com/rvaone#/request/detail/new_cs201027220259/DPW000130824 I see signs in front of my house so it looks like you're going to remove the stump for that tree, but there are no signs for the wrong tree that you took down on the other corner on macarthur, the walnut tree. I assume you want to do both at the same time.
