Mr. Baugh also states that behind 820 Orchard they have blocked off the alley by building a fence that is blocking the alley. You cannot drive down the alley. He requests to have the alley back to drive through. Mr. Baugh requests to have someone to please call with a follow up.

An inspector visited this location; the area closed is private property and not part of the public alley; confirmed with City website mapping app (Parcel Mapper), the alley does not run through this block to Orchard Rd, the alley is "L" shaped and ends at private property; property owner installed fence to stop traffic from driving through their private driveway.
