Description
The citizen states that the tree is touching the awning of her home and business. The birds poop all over the sidewalk and this is tracked into her business and home. If there is also something that can be done about the tons of birds that infest the tree in the warm weather that would be appreciated. She has had covid and worried about the disease issue.
