Description
There are two empty tree wells along the south side of Libby Ter, across the street from 2910-2916 Libby Ter (see picture). It would be great and reduce heat signature and wind pressure on Libby Ter to plant with a large shade tree. This is request 1 of 2, regarding the spot next to the park rules sign. The tree well is technically within Libby Hill Park, so it may need to be assigned to the appropriate department for trees in parks.
