Description

The entrances at both ends of Alley behind 1800 block of west Grace St. is badly in need of repair. The N. Meadow entrance has a water pipe that stickers up 3 inches from alley sunken surface. N.Allen entrance covered in deep potholes between two paved business parking lots. Bottom of cars and tires are being damaged at both ends of alley.
