Description
I have multiple sclerosis and a dog with arthritis, and we walk down this street almost daily. For the past three months, there has been a 3 ft high pile of mulch blocking the handicap ramp that was just installed last year. Both of us have trouble stepping up and down from curbs, so this is very disruptive to people with limited mobility but who are still trying to keep moving as long as possible. Once I am confined to a wheelchair, I won't be able to cross the curb at all.
