Slab significantly lifted. Cherry tree dying anyway as it has been so butchered. Life span of Kwanza Cherry is 15-25 years. My elderly parents along with scores of pedestrians are at risk everyday. Main feeder route to hiking trails. It appears this has been on the list for repairs for FIVE years?
