Description
Tree roots have lifted the concrete blocks so high that the the sidewalk is impassible by wheelchair or anyone with mobility issues. It also causes drainage issues because water runoff flows towards and into the home at 2408 Melbourne St. causing water to pool alongside the foundation. Further down the street on Brame the concrete is broken, and grass has taken over much of the sidewalk past that point and it doesn't lead to anything but a grass lot so there's no reason for it to even be there.
