Description

The entry from Grove to Westview Avenue is having more cars parked on both sides which would make it difficult for a fire truck to access the fire hydrant in the alley. Given the landscaping which narrows the street on the west side, it would make sense to have no parking signs on that side which would leave a wide enough opening for fire trucks to access the hydrant.
