Citizen called Ms. Edwards this week regarding this issue and reported that during the past year Code Enforcement inspector JC had been working with this case. After inspecting this location it's on private property and not right-of-way (DPW). Therefore, Ms. Edwards referred the case back to Code Enforcement in addition to emailing Code Enforcement inspector JC and Code Enforcement help center regarding this case.
