Speed bump would be effective to help slow speeders but also curb high amount of thru-traffic violators.

    • The Department follows Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) guidelines for the installation of any physical traffic calming measures on City streets. Per speed study 85th percentile speed is 30mph which does not justify the speed table per NTMP.
