Description
The graffiti on this garage makes the block look poorly cared for and reduces property values. Home owners here have been improving and investing significant amounts of time and money into our homes and the owner of this apartment building should improve their property to the same standard. Also the metal fence is in poor condition and serves no purpose since a large chunk is missing. The fence also does not follow the mandated 3 foot setback from the street. The fence should be removed aswell
