Description
Potholes in/at intersection of N. 23rd Street and E. Leigh Street. Large rocks/debris are breaking away and being sent all over road when cars pass by. Sometime the debris strikes parked vehicles. There are numerous potholes similar to the one photographed, in the square block around 23rd and Leigh St. Specifically, there is a pothole at 22nd and Leigh St which is also losing rock debris into the roadway
