Description

There is a rubber top to the ramp on the corner of W Grace St and Allen Ave that is coming off, my wife's foot got caught underneath it yesterday and she went sprawling on the floor into the street in front of her, injuring herself. This is really dangerous and needs to be repaired asap. The city is certainly opening itself to lawsuits if this is not repaired.
