Description

I live at Riverside on the James and Noticed the Graffiti on Monday. Since that time, more Graffiti has been added to this specific location. See Pictures. Graffiti is a continuous problem on the walkway to Browns Island/Underneath the 12th street bridge. Both areas and high traffic areas for residents of Tourist of our city. Please address and hopefully paint over.
