Description

Busy road (access to Huguenot Rd) with a three-way intersection. The Stop Sign at end of Elm Street has been knocked completely over. Important to address this quickly, cars coming down Elm don't have anything telling them to stop, and cars turning off Weyburn have no indication that the traffic on Elm is currently uncontrolled.
