Description
Road surface on the north side of Kensington has settled 3-4” for 24” south from the curb. There is no gutter pan, topping abuts the curb. Results in water and debris buildup. Causes hazards during sub zero weather with icing and problems in the summer with mosquito breeding. This issue was INCORRECTLY CLOSED (DPW000119360) - the opposite side of the street was replaced by Swift Creek on 01/17. Per their foreman’s work ticket, their scope was only the area of recent gas line repair.
