Description
Just 12 days ago, after a long round-and-round with DPW, the graffiti was removed from this location. I was very pleased. Sadly, the wall has been tagged again just last night. Could you send your graffiti-removal team out again? As discussed in numerous emails and phone calls earlier this month, the form giving the city permission to remove graffiti, signed by the property's owner, is already on file. Thank you so much.
