Description

The intersection at E Brookland Park Blvd and Richmond Henrico Turnpike is dangerous. It’s 25mph and people regularly go 45+. Sometimes much faster. I live right here with a view of the intersection. I hear and see the craziness all day everyday. Its dangerous for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers.
