Description

The residents in the apartment building of 1650 W Grace are dumping their trash in the alley. They do not pay for trash pickup or have cans. This is infuriating for the residents of 1652 W Grace and 603 N Allen who were blamed for this by the city of Richmond and required to get private trash service. You need to fine 1650 W Grace and take care of this dumping problem! We now pay for a large private locked dumpster for our building. Also 1657 W Broad dumps too.
