Description

Prior request closed in error -- there absolutely is a city owned alley in this location. Look at the parcel mapper, it is not a private lot. This has been confirmed by residents who have lived there for decades (That it belongs to the city) This has not been maintained by the city at any point and needs attention as it is completely overgrown and acts as an alley for four residences.

    COR maintain alleys for refuse trucks to use. All cans at this location are collected in front of the house that's why the alley is not maintained by the COR.
